Mr. Werbel brings over eighteen years of experience in commercial real estate to Impressa.
Previously, Mr. Werbel was President/Founder of WB Realty Group, LLC in Chicago, where he
acquired shopping centers and office buildings located in the Southeast and Midwest. Prior to
starting his own company, he had been employed by Equity Investment Group, a $1 billion
private REIT, as Vice President of Acquisitions. In this capacity, Mr. Werbel acquired 27
properties with a total value in excess of $150 million. Prior to EIG, he was Director of Sales
and Marketing for Lennar Partners, a national commercial real estate company and headed a
disposition team which sold nearly $400 million in assets. Mr. Werbel holds a Masters degree
in Real Estate from Georgia State University and B.A. in Architecture from Virginia Tech.

Mr. Hultslander brings over eighteen years of sales and marketing experience in the
commercial real estate and technology sectors. Prior to Impressa, he was Managing Principal
for Impressa-AGN, a firm he founded and was dedicated to representing institutional and
private equity investors seeking commercial real estate investments in Europe. His previous
experience included tenure with various Fortune 500 and start-up software companies, where
he acted in a sales and marketing capacity and launched various regional sales offices and
business development initiatives. Mr. Hultslander holds B.A. degrees in Economics and
Spanish from Hampden-Sydney College and also attended the University of Madrid.

Mr. Ecker comes to Impressa with almost 20 years of senior financial management and capital
markets experience in the real estate and professional services industries. Most recently as a
Controller with the prestigious Boston Consulting Group, he managed all financial operations
for North and South America and also managed their corporate real estate portfolio in those
markets. Prior to Boston Consulting Group, Mr. Ecker was CFO of a private holding company
successfully raising equity and debt to aid the company’s growth while building the company’s
financial infrastructure and successfully integrating 19 acquisitions. Mr. Ecker was also with
Ernst & Whinney where his clients were commercial and residential developers as well large
lending institutions with real estate holdings. He also served as Controller with Sequoia
Building Corporation, a large developer in the Washington, DC area. Mr. Ecker is a CPA and
holds an Accounting degree from the Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Tech.
